• ADHD Preliminary Assessment: $150
• Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation: $600*
• * If you first receive the ADHD Preliminary Assessment and wish to continue with the Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation, you will be responsible only for the difference of $450.
