Adult ADHD Evaluations

• This was created for those that suspect they have ADHD, but aren't sure enough to commit to a comprehensive evaluation. 
• Instead of doing the extensive ADHD evaluation, Jenna can provide additional insight on your symptoms to help you discern if you would like to move forward with a comprehensive evaluation. 
• The process includes a brief clinical interview, multiple assessments, and feedback. The total time is approximately 60 minutes.
• Jenna's recommendation will be solely based on her interpretation of the results of the tests. It does not include a definitive diagnosis or a summary report.

• Designed to provide a thorough and detailed assessment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults. 
• This comprehensive evaluation includes several components, including clinical interviews, personality and behavioral assessments, and collateral information. 
• The evaluation is approximately 3-to-4 hours followed by a 30-45 minute feedback session. 
• This thorough evaluation process enables Jenna to accurately diagnose ADHD and differentiate it from other conditions that may present with similar symptoms.

• Results and findings will be provided in the form of a full report or a summary point, dependent upon your need and preference. 

Out-Of-Pocket:

• ADHD 'mini' Preliminary Assessment: $150
• Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation
  • Full Report: $1,150*
  • Summary Report: $650*

* If you first receive the ADHD Preliminary Assessment and wish to continue with the Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation, you will be responsible only for the difference of $1,000/$500.

Insurance:

• I accept Aetna, Aetna SHP, Cigna, BCBS and CBHA for ADHD evaluations. Your responsibility will be dependent upon your specific plan and benefits. 
• I can bill UHC for a portion of the evaluation, the remaining difference will be out-of-pocket.
